Cancellation and Refund Policy

LimuKids is a subscription service (monthly or yearly) giving access to putting together and printing booklets from digital activity pages. We want you to be happy, and this policy explains how to cancel and how refunds work. Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record.

1. Cancel automatic renewal — any time

You can cancel automatic renewal at any moment from "My account". After you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for, you are not charged again, and you can turn renewal back on until then. There is no cancellation fee.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal and digital content

Consumer law in many countries gives you the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content that is available immediately, that right can end once you start using it: once you have opened Premium pages or created a booklet, the statutory right to a refund may no longer apply, or apply only in part, as the law where you live provides.

If you have not yet opened any pages or created a booklet with your subscription and a statutory right of withdrawal applies, we will honour it and refund you, less any cancellation fee the law allows.

3. Subscription periods already started

Apart from cases covered by section 2, we do not promise refunds for a subscription period that has started, or for a subscription under which pages were opened or booklets created. Cancelling automatic renewal (section 1) stops future charges but does not refund the current period. We will still look at every request fairly and in good faith.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email us at support@limukids.com with your account email and the transaction number. As Paddle is the seller of record and handles payments, every refund is made through Paddle to the original payment method. Paddle may also grant refunds under its own terms (for example in a dispute), independently of this policy.
