Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 26 September 2026
We want every parent, teacher and therapist to be able to use LimuKids easily, including people with disabilities. The site aims to meet WCAG 2.0 level AA, following the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568.
What we did to make the site accessible
- Each language version declares its language and reading direction (Hebrew right to left, English left to right), so screen readers and translation tools read it correctly.
- The site can be used with a keyboard alone. Focus is clearly marked, and a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page skips the menu.
- Every button, link and field has a name read out by screen readers, and every image has alternative text.
- Text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
- If you turned on "Reduce motion" on your device, the site's animations stop.
- The site works on phones: no sideways scrolling, and buttons in the main flows are big enough to tap comfortably (at least 44 pixels).
- Dialogs and menus open inside the site, work with a keyboard and announce themselves to screen readers.
Known limitations
- The activity pages themselves are printable worksheets with drawings and visual exercises for children. Their on-screen preview is an image, and a screen reader reads only the page's name.
- We tested the site in Chrome on desktop and in phone view. If you hit a problem in another browser, device or assistive technology, we would like to hear about it.
Found an accessibility problem?
Write to us at support@limukids.com. Tell us which page, what you were trying to do and which device and browser you used, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Physical accessibility
The service is online only; we have no office or branch open to the public.
