Terms of Use

Welcome to LimuKids (the "Service"), operated by 【legal entity name / registration number】 ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LimuKids lets you put together printable activity booklets for children aged 2–10 from ready-made activity pages, with limited free access and a paid Premium subscription. We may update, add, remove or replace pages at any time, including the selection of free pages, which changes every month.

2. Your account

• Register with a valid email address and keep your sign-in details confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity in your account.
• The Service is intended for parents and other adults. Children may not open an account.

3. Subscription and payment

• Premium is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. The price is shown in your local currency on the Premium page and at checkout, including any taxes that apply. Prices may change; a change applies from your next billing period and we will tell you before it does.
• Use is limited by a monthly page allowance and a maximum number of pages per booklet, according to your plan (see the Premium page). The allowance renews at the start of each calendar month; unused pages do not carry over.
• A page you open is yours in every language the Service offers it in, and counts once against your allowance.
• On the free plan, pages you open can be printed again until the end of the month in which you opened them. With Premium, pages you open can be printed again for as long as your subscription is active.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and is responsible for billing, sales tax/VAT and invoices.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from "My account". After you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

4. Permitted use of the content

Activity pages and booklets are for personal, home use and for printing for your own children. You may not distribute, sell, commercially copy or re-upload the pages, booklets or files saved from them. All intellectual property rights in the content are reserved.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it fits every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may delete your account at any time from "My account".

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of 【district / city】 have jurisdiction, without taking away the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
