Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This policy explains how 【legal entity name】 ("we") collects and uses information in the LimuKids service.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: your email address and an encrypted password (handled by Supabase Auth), and the language you use the site in.
- Usage data: which pages you opened, the booklets you created, your answers to the booklet quiz (age, focus and length — never your child's name), and ratings and feedback you sent.
- Booklet drafts: a booklet you are still editing is kept in your browser's local storage, or in your account when you are signed in, until you create it or delete it.
- Payment data: processed entirely by Paddle. We never see or store card details.
- Technical data and cookies: usage measurements to improve the product and measure advertising — for example which pages were viewed, where you came from, whether the quiz was completed, whether a booklet was created or printed and whether a subscription was bought. These are linked to an internal user ID, not your email address. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies for this; you can block them in your browser settings.
- Email consent: if you chose to receive emails, we keep your consent, when and where you gave it, and any change to it.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service, manage subscriptions and page allowances, and let you create and print booklets.
- To suggest booklets and pages based on your quiz answers.
- To improve the content using ratings, feedback and usage data (for example which pages are picked or swapped).
- To send service messages (email confirmation, password reset, subscription changes).
- To send marketing emails (such as each month's new free pages) — only if you explicitly agreed. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent from "My account" too.
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers only to run the Service:
- Supabase — authentication, database and storage of the activity pages.
- Paddle — payments, billing and invoices (Merchant of Record).
- Vercel — hosting and basic usage measurement.
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — usage measurement and advertising measurement. More information: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Resend — sending marketing emails to people who agreed to receive them.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
4. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your information, and, where applicable law gives you these rights, object to or restrict processing and receive a copy of your data. Deleting your account (from "My account") deletes the data linked to you. Privacy requests: privacy@limukids.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
5. Security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect information (encryption, permission-based access control). We keep information while your account is active or as required by law.
6. Children
The Service is for parents and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; accounts are opened by adults.
7. Changes
We will update this policy from time to time and publish the new version on this page.
